The game doesn’t overstay its welcome, and intelligent design decisions ensure that failure prompts you to retry the level rather than delete the app. Unlike first-person shooters with virtual sticks, this is a game that belongs on the iPhone, and belongs on yours.
A cross between Plants vs. Zombies and Axe in Face, High Voltage Software’s Zoombies is an engaging challenge that has taken us quite by surprise.

Zoombies: Animales de la Muerte borrows from the best and adds its own fresh twists to the castle defence sub-genre, including a delightfully tactile control system.
Zoombies ($2.99, Universal) is simply fun above all else with such smooth controls, fresh gameplay, and creative personality making it a should buy.
Zoombies wraps a surprising amount of depth around an easily accessible concept. The encounters and environments could use some more variety, the wealth of tools to toy with keep the gameplay fresh and fun.
