  1. The game may not break much new ground, but with near-perfect visuals and addictive gameplay, NFL Blitz 2001 is major football fun.
  2. May feel like last year's version, but it still offers exciting football for one and all.

I say -- "if it ain't broke, don't buy the upgrade."
  4. If you are looking for a football game that will entertain you for the long run, NFL Blitz is not a good choice, especially with games like "Madden 2001" out there.
  5. It's a little better than last year's game, and the play editor helps, but you've seen this, and done this, before.
  6. More of the same NFL Blitz antics you know and love, but a shamefully sparse set of upgrades steals its thunder.

If certain people would get off their obsessive hitch of "Madden is the only football game that exists," and play games like this, they would see that it is amazing. True, not much of an improvement on the last one, but it's certainly worth it if you're a great fan, or if you don't own any of the others. Full Review »
