Aug 13, 20127I didn't like this game as much as Rogue Squadron, but it offered similar gameplay with enough improvement to keep me playing even after I'd beaten it. The addition of ground vehicles was an interesting mechanic, though in practice not as cool as it might sound. In the end, how much you liked this game was probably heavily influenced by how much you liked Star Wars.

Despite the graphical shortcomings, Star Wars Episode I: Battle for Naboo offers some of the best shooter action on the Nintendo 64, especially now that the system is hurting for good titles.
-
90Gorgeous and lush (graphics) with gigantic landscapes and smooth framerates. The draw distance alone is awe-inspiring.

The game is among the best looking on the N64. The music and sound effects are N64bulous, and a solid narrative connects the game together and ties it into the Star Wars universe.
