  1. Stay away and buy yourself some crayons and a coloring book, you'll be entertained longer.
  2. You can pass through most of the game in this way without ever having to fight, which means that Arthur's Quest is either an action game with an exceedingly poor design or a fast-paced, arcade-style coward simulator.
  3. You could also gouge out your eyes, stick sharp objects in your ears, and break your wrists, and if that sounds like a fun way to spend your average Sunday, maybe this is the game for you. [Jan 2003, p.73]
