Review based on Demo SE
3 modes of play : Regular, Advanced and Expert...unfortunately you still do get the black bar tips in 'Expert' mode
Modes of play aren't changeable during play.
Game opened in widescreen
Voiceovers are good although the lip sync was a little off
Inventory is lockable
Graphics are clear and no Tech. difficulties during demo
Journal and map are in the right hand top corner, map is not jumpable.
Right hand bottom is a disguise wardrobe which will come into use a little into the game after the first Hidden Object Scene which is of the silhouette type, slightly interactive....
The Hint button is a funny little possum, I think it's a possum...a little into the game a jewel box appears on top of the Hint button, when opened there are spaces for gems....so I'm assuming these are collectibles
Game is set in the 17th century....you are Marla a cat burglar and expert lock picker. One night while you are robbing an establishment with your brother Ray acting as lookout you see something very strange....a gathering of men who are performing a sacrifice of some kind.
When you lower yourself to the ground you discover your brother gone and you are almost immediately captured by the authorities and thrown into prison, where with the help of a stranger you manage to escape. This stranger informs you your brother is safe and wants you to break into an establishment to steal an important document. You agree, and so the adventure begins.....

There are cult references and some of the cut scenes may effect people with dizziness problems but nothing too severe although one cut scene that featured a rolling boat made my tummy turn over… Expand
