In Front Office Football, you play the role of your favorite team's general manager. You determine your team's future through trading with opponents, negotiating contracts, bidding for free agents and building through the annual amateur draft. You can also play the role of the armchair coach, setting game plans and depth charts, or even calling each play from an extensive playbook. You can determine ticket prices and submit stadium construction plans for public approval. You can even move your team if the public won't properly support your franchise. Front Office Football 2004 includes a multi-player career mode, allowing you to compete in a league with up to 31 other enthusiastic general managers. [Solecismic Software] Collapse

  1. Multiplayer functionality alone makes this game worth the purchase.
  2. If you want a management game that will challenge your skills as a professional Gridiron GM, then this is the game for you.
  3. FOF2004 still has room to grow as a series, but even with it's flaws, it is the best Football SIM available today.
  4. Although giving the game a human face would make playing it a much more personable--even a more realistic--experience, Solecismic is dead-on with all the core elements of play. There's no better simulation of big-league football.
  5. Running a multiplayer league pretty much works as advertised, but it feels tacked on...It's the kind of game that is worth wading through its warts to get to the good stuff. [May 2004, p.64]

I was wondering when someone would make a realistic football simulation game. This game is awesome!

Like one of the review says - room for the game to grow, but it's still excellent as it is.
