  • Summary: Wildfire, created by Serge "Wildfire" Popov, a well known pioneer in the JA2 community includes changes to all weapons, landscapes, structures, missions, enemies and the AI. All elements within the game were altered to make it more realistic bringing it closer to real-life. Wildfire takes you back to Arulco, its economy has completely collapsed and the country has now become a base for international drug cartels. Export of precious metals, which was the foundation of Arulco?s economy, is now just a cover for the extensive export of drugs into North America. The North American Drug Agency has been unable to affect the export of drugs through regular diplomatic channels due to the cartel?s influence and has been forced to take more specific action. You are sent in as a leader of a small band of hired guns to eliminate the Kingpin of the main drug cartel. If successful, you will be hailed as heroes.     Fans of squad-level tactical strategy and small-arms battles who are looking for a serious challenge--and can forgive the game's appearance--will find that Wildfire offers as much depth and excitement as Jagged Alliance 2.

    Despite the fact that i've played JA 1, JA DG and JA 2 over and over again, I've bought this one too, altough I had to discuss it with myself. Should I still like it ? I do ! I am playing it now, and it is as addictive as ever. Only those graphics....Sometimes my hirelings are hidden behind the bush, and it's quite difficult then to move them properly. Ah well, no whining. Even in this GeForce 6800 ultra times, this is a GREAT game.… Expand

    A very disappointing "new" Jagged Alliance game which is no more than an upgrade of the old JA2... And not a good one! Better AI? No, too much dumb enemies. New weapons? Yes, but you'll throw away most of then because they're too weak. New level layout? Yes, and sometimes its better. Most of the times its not, it's only restyled to give the enemy a much greater advantage... Pity… Collapse
