  1. Jurassic has enough open-ended depth to appease "RollerCoaster Tycoon" players, fossil hunters, and anyone looking to bag some big game. [2 May 2003, p.79]
  2. An enjoyable game that should appeal to dinosaur buffs and park simulation fans alike, thanks to its attractive graphics engine, unique features, and surprising gameplay depth.
  3. Just too much fluff and not enough fun.

  2. JP: OG is a decently made simulation game. The gamplay itself is enjoyable; you build your own version of Jurassic park and maintain it, which is always a challenge. However, after a while the gameplay can get repetitive and tedious. Certain elements of the game, such as twisters and other weather aspects can wreck your progress. The game will nonetheless appeal to both avid park simulation fans and dinosaur buffs. Expand

  3. Decent sim. The only downside is that it gets boring very quickly. The whole enjoyment comes from building the park. Sure the challenges are a good addition but once you're done with them (which are really easy) it feels like a chore to have to build a park again. Because once you're done, it's just boring. There's nothing exciting or particularly fun to do. Expand
