In all, Kill It With Fire is shockingly fun for its simplicity. A game that wields excessive violence against the spider menace as many have wanted to do for so long, or perhaps at least joked about doing. The environments are very quaint and nice, which makes the surprising amount of destruction gamers can pull off all the more entertaining and appreciated, and the spiders that fill them are smart and sneaky little buggers since they can and will hide behind objects… including debris if gamers are a bit too eager to blow everything sky high. Definitely a worthwhile title if you want to kill some spiders.
Whilst Kill it With Fire is a short experience, there’s still enough here to justify the budget asking price. It’s the kind of game that you’re unlikely to return to after having completed it, but you probably already expected that. It might not have the legs to be an epic saga, but if you want a few hours of silly enjoyment then you could do a lot worse than picking up this game.
I keep switching between 10/10 and 9/10 but I think that 10 is a fair rating. I have 35 hours of play time in this game because of the replay ability value. KIWF has like 50 weapons, tons of challenges, modes, and many different ways to (literally) view the game. extreamly fun.
This game is pretty good
Some gamers that get annoyed that some games don't have ultra realistic graphics think that the graphics in this game are bad because the graphics are simplistic, cartoony, and polygonal, but that's not true! The graphics are great even if it's not realistic! The gameplay is also great! The weapons are pretty funny! The ending is logical when you consider the weapons that you use in the game, the omega files are interesting and the secret ending has a nice reference to tinyBuild's first game.
A short and sweet distraction, Kill It With Fire is a quirky experiment in overreacting and pest control that will hold your attention for an hour or two.
It still lacks tension, something that I suspect could be fixed by patching in a hardcore “damage” mode, and spider-hunting is, at its core, repetitive. But Kill It With Fire gives you the resources to turn a mundane activity into glorious, cartoony, house-torching mayhem. Best experienced in short bursts, if you only play one spider-murder sandbox this year, play Kill It With Fire.
If you’ve got a rainy afternoon and not much to do, Kill It With Fire will slot in nicely for a few hours of entertainment, although there may not be a high degree of replayability if the combat system doesn’t suit your tastes.
Kill it with Fire serves up a delightful arachnid squishing dish with a side of explosions and mayhem. At the time of the review, however, it was beset by less desirable bugs – not altogether game breaking, but frustrating nonetheless. Otherwise hampered by its lack of content, Kill it with Fire nevertheless entertains quite well.
I will give Kill It With Fire credit for running smoothly on my PC and being a bug-free (groan) experience from the start to finish of its uncommonly short run time. The one fear-inducing music cue it uses repeatedly was worth a half-chuckle the first time I heard it, so I will give credit there. I don’t feel like there is anything here I can recommend to players unless they are deathly afraid of spiders or want to fake scream for a livestream show or two. The spiders can’t even hurt you, so the stakes here are literally zero for those not already stricken with bug phobia.
Kill it with fire | 2021 | PC | Played for: 3h
Average silly stupid game.
It is short, and in every aspect hit's right in the middle, not too good not bad either. Physics are really weak and hitbox is all awkward. This game feels like made for VR, if it ever get's ported then maybe it is worth the try, otherwise only worth it if heavily discounted.
Story: 6/10

Аттракцион на пару вечеров, вполне веселый, с приходом больших лок становится скучноватой, т.к. замедляется темп (привет заданию про подстрижку 100% газона).
Are you new to PC gaming? Is visuals not so important to you? Then sure, maybe you will enjoy this game. But when you are a PC game guru, there is no point of playing this until the end. I do not agree with "addictive" comments for this game neither.
While its a fun premise, the game itself is lacking in content. Its obvious this game is meant for streamers or Youtubers who like to make content around jump scares. Every level has the same puzzles, and the gadgets are lacking, so you dont end up using them. Same goes for the guns. First time I heard the audio play when a spider pops up its funny, the next 500X times the audio plays it isnt so funny anymore. You cant die, there is zero difficulty involved. Levels are also really small.
