It’s definitely better with friends, but Pavlov VR is an absolute showcase for what an FPS should be in VR. It runs tremendously, it has an awesome amount of content to play, and it’s just fun to play. This one should be in your PSVR2 library right now.
The most realistic VR shooter on the market, Pavlov VR is a must-have for headset-toting Dust II veterans and a rewarding investment for curious newbies. It feels particularly elevated on the PSVR2 thanks to the clever implementation of headset rumble and adaptive trigger profiles.
Pavlov is one of the greatest if not the best first person shooter I’ve ever played, I heard about this game a few years ago, I recently got a vr and bough Pavlov and since then I’ve had so much, whether it’s TDM, TTT, or other modes, but I play TTT, if you can find a lobby with friendly people it’s brilliant, you can mess around by singing or even play Russian roulette, if you have or thinking of owning a VR get pavlov it’s an amazing game
Pavlov VR is a must-have among Sony’s current roster of PSVR2 launch titles. With a variety of modes to try, and impressive gun mechanics to mess around with, it proves what’s possible when you get VR controls right. And with a killer mode in TTT, the Pavlov experience is elevated to hysterical levels as you lie and manipulate your way to victory. This is the gun-toting VR Among Us experience we've been waiting for.
Pavlov VR is a breath of fresh air in the FPS genre in that it takes the simplistic approach to classic game modes from the early COD days before all the wall-running nonsense. Its strength is in the immersion where each gun has its own way of reloading with your bare hands. You can even duck down and grab grenades, knives, guns, and ammo that your downed opponent drops. You can wield 2 knives or add an extra grenade to your vest as you go. You can literally with your own body get in the prone position with your sniper rifle. You can even drive a tank by pulling levers with your two hands while a teammate does the reloading in the tank and you can even see inside the tank while doing all this. Proximity chat is amazing. You can hear your enemies if they are speaking in the next room.
If you think that COD or Battlefield games add some sort of experience with real-life combat situations then wait until you have to use your arms to line up your gun sights to land accurate shots in the middle of a shootout.
I would say that the only Con for Pavlov VR is that it lacks a progression system which makes it a 9 out of 10 for me.
This game has to be play on Index 120fps…otherwise it’s not worth it for skills ! PSVR2, Quest all those headset for kids have downgraded this awesome game so much! RIP “Pc”PAVLOV after more than 2000h
Overrated and a misfire in Virtual Reality FPS. I was really looking forward to playing this game but don't see what the hype is about. The graphics are mediocre and the gameplay is frustrating. The lack of polish hampers the immersive potential of this virtual reality experience.
