  • Summary: From the acclaimed designer of Puzzle Quest, Steve Fawkner of Infinite Interactive, comes Puzzle Kingdoms. Deep, classic turn based empire gameplay tells an incredible story. Instead of auto-resolved conflict, a unique puzzle mechanic makes each battle unique and addictive. [Zoo Games]

  1. The developer should have called Puzzle Kingdoms Puzzle Quest 1.2. It doesn’t improve much compared to the original, but it is entertaining and that is what it is all about.
  2. Puzzle Kingdoms could have been a nice spin-off of Puzzle Quest, but doesn't take a clear path to distinguish itself from it’s big brother.
  3. One can’t help but wonder what is going on at Infinite Interactive if their latest game feels like a parody of their own Puzzle Quest.

The mix between RPG and Puzzle is good, but it becomes a little boring after some hours. The graphics are poor and you dont need to change the characters (heros), you can finish the game with the initial hero. So, its good for the right price. Expand

Music is best in series yet but it's let down by limited multiplayer and minor visual bugs. Gameplay is rewarding most of the time but some annoyingly difficult enemies may tempt you to /ragequit. Expand
