  2. Rarely has the rally ethic been so faithfully re-created, with careful attention paid to the endurance-intensive realism of off-road competition. [Apr 2002, p.80]

Excellent playability. Simulation level is ok for it's time, although not perfect by todays standards, but playability is just hilarious, there is lots of feeling to the driving! Simply still one of the very best LAN rally games! Graphics are outdated by now, but still gorgeous and realistic, and work very well for the driving experience. And on the plus: today the graphics just fly, no lagging or stuttering! Even in single play it just very very fun - so many racing games are only good, but they are not fun. This is. Expand

If you enjoy old school rallying then this is the game for you. offers nicely rendered bouncy hard to steer rally cars from the 60's and early 70's. these cars can be extremely hard to control and may be a bit to difficult for some. i've had this game for a while now and i still find it to be a challenging and often times frustrating experience. well implemented damage modeling and one of the nicer cockpit views w/ very detailed dashboards and working gauges. graphically it holds up well even when compared to newer titles like colin mcrae 4. this game runs very nicely at 1024x768 on my p4 2 ghz with ti4600.
