Scribblenauts Unlimited is a bigger game than the previous. It offers more chances to put your creativity to the test and its replay value is through the roof. Granted, it doesn't offer the same type of challenge as previous version, but that also decreases the frustration that might come with said challenge. If you're looking for a game that is fun for the kids, and the adults, in the house then look no further than this.

Scribblenauts Unlimited offers infinite possibilities. You can do everything you can imagine, which makes this a very creative game. Overall it is just unlimited fun.

Still you'd have to be pretty cold at heart to not give this charismatic funny vocabulary driven insanity at least a chance. Sure, most of what it does is only funny the first and maybe the second time around. And it is also true that many of the smaller challenges it pits against you aren't interesting (or challenging) at all. But there's also recurring moments of pure comedy gold, when your words prompt characters to do hilarious five-second skits or random items send the scene into a cartoonishly homicidal chain reaction.

Get comfortable and grab a dictionary: word-wizard Maxwell is out on a quest to save lives. Don’t expect an innovative sequel, Scribblenauts Unlimited is the improved version of a known concept.

It is almost, if not better than the WiiU version. Everything you see in the WiiU version is here on the PC (exluding the mario and zelda characters, and local multi). With the new antialiasing option, images tend to be much much clearer, and play out buttery smooth. This version also introduces Steam Workshop compatibility, allowing you to download other creations online, which the WiiU is not capable of doing. I highly suggest you get the PC version over the WiiU, unless you really really want to spend $30 more on some local multiplayer (which will most likely be modded into PC) and some exclusive characters (custom mario and luigi characters are already in the steam workshop) Expand
  2. Scribblenauts Unlimited is a wonderful game. The puzzles are well designed, the characters are funny, but the best thing here, is that you can create almost everything, by just writing a word. Even if I write "Super giant flying black ninja dragon" , and that will be spawned. But, this is not a game that is only for children. If you are an adult and you want more "war" stuff, don't worry, because you can equip a bazooka, machine gun, minigun, pistol etc. You can even have a tank and choose It's size. However, let's go to other things. Most of the puzzles are fun, but unfortunately, few of them, are just incredibly easy. And, the world of the game, isn't that big, even if you have unlocked all the places. However, Scribblenauts Unlimited is still a pretty fun game. Expand
  3. “Type the word sword. Now type the word crow. Now type the word dog.”

I preferred the original DS version, its puzzles weren’t so leading.
ding. This game is literally just screens full of people who want you to give them fairly specific items. You can try to spice it up by making a ‘cutlass’ or a ‘gargantuan crow’, but when the fun is derived from not playing the game to win, there’s a problem.

But it’s still fun to be able to spawn a starving hobo next to an edible cthulu.

  4. I agree with taitamir. This is one of the worst games I have played this year. What happened to old good scribblenauts? What is this Very stupid lame story, ****ty music, no finnish language option, limited amount of words, no real levels with creative tasks; you just have to for example give some people something to eat or something as simple as that. Why are people lying. This game is so bad and I wasted 9.5 euros to this Not worth that much, not worth even one euro. Let me give this game 0. What a disappointment Expand
