    There were a thousand things that could have gone wrong, making the gameplay experience a chore, or making it boring, but none of those things went wrong, and the gameplay is exciting and fun.

    If you are a big fan of the Star Trek universe and revel in the details and strategy involved in knowing the many races and ships and how to use them in battle, then Orion Pirates is the game for you.

    Basically the same graphics engine and gameplay as the original, with some welcome additions like pirate cartels, new ships, and missions that fit requirements of most expansion packs. Unfortunately, it also has long load times and a few bugs.

    This game is soooooooo slooooooow that it makes whatever fun the game offers null and void. I tried this game of a pentium III 1 ghz and it was like playing on an old 286 pc. The authors of this game should be ashamed of themselves.… Expand
