The set's price "benefit" is negligible, but few collections offer as much as this. [Dec 2013, p.71]

Thousands of hours of gameplay in a beautiful box full amenities, everything at the price of a single game. For the fans of the unforgettable saga created by Bethesda and for all those who haven't got to try the first few chapters, this title is the absolute best way to enjoy every piece of this brand.

The Elder Scrolls Anthology is a great collection of all Elder Scroll titles. There is virtually nothing wrong with the games themselves, but it's really frustrating how Bethesda made this a PC exclusive, and that plain fact severely damages the game, if you own a PC, however, this is a must-buy. Beautiful hard box collection for collectors and fans of The Elder Scrolls series with all the 5 main games including all DLC's and maps, plusBeautiful hard box collection for collectors and fans of The Elder Scrolls series with all the 5 main games including all DLC's and maps, plus a potential introduction of the entire saga for newcomers with perfect value and about 1000 hours of gameplay worth of content. From the pure retro gem Arena (1994) that introduces the main core for the rest of the series - races, lore, world of Tamriel (that you can travel in it's entirety) and excellent main quest line. To the vastly gigantic Daggerfall (1996) that is the most complex in the entire series with it's systems and game mechanics as well as the massive size of the world. The ultimate masterpiece Morrowind (2002), the chapter that did everything right and created one of the best RPG's in history with unique and mysterious world of Morrowind and introducing the perfect score and theme by Jeremy Soule. Next comes the Oblivion (2006), a bit simplified mechanics and interface to suit consoles, but while the world felt a bit monotonous and traditional, Oblivion had tons of amazing quests, addition of horse riding and it was perfectly worthy of TES name providing a memorable fantasy adventure you won't forget and finally the latest chapter - Skyrim (2011). Mainstream and even more simplified, but really fun, catchy and enjoyable experience in an absolutely breathtaking world that was perfectly able to immerse you and consume hundreds of your gaming hours. Gorgeous package containing one of the most impressive series in the videogame history providing more than 1000 hours of pure fantasy RPG experience. 10/10 Full Review »
