  1. One of the best adventure games of 2004 and likely the best ever to deal with a futuristic, Orwellian theme of corruption and conspiracy. Story, dialogue, character development, settings, artwork, acting, and music are all superb.
  2. With its well-written futuristic plot, unique locations and sci-fi graphics this particular gem doesn't deserve a moment of silence, it just demands to be played.
  3. While it doesn’t exactly re-invent the adventure genre, The Moment of Silence is undeniably a well executed and solid title. So, if forced perspective backdrops, plausible puzzles and pulp fiction-like character and plot development are your bag, you could certainly do a lot worse than pick this one up.
  4. The controls are easy but the static camera angle will cause a problem moving around in the game.
  5. The excellent story and the way it is stylishly directed and presented, proves that there is still life left in this ancient genre.
  6. With a little more thought put into the interface, Moment of Silence could have been a graphic adventure classic, but as it stands now, it's a really good story, cleverly locked away inside a series of rooms that need to be clicked through.
  7. An awful and punishing experience... It's not as if adventure games needed another punch to the crotch. [June 2005, p.74]
