  1. Too bad for the German market that biathlon is not in the game, but in exchange you relive exciting disciplines like ski jumping or skeleton. Paired with good graphics and a nice rock music soundtrack you get one of the better Olympics-games of the past years. The downsides: a cheating AI and annoying, repetitive disciplines like ice skating.
  2. Vancouver 2010 is a decent sports game which lacks some of the Olympic disciplines.
  3. Vancouver 2010 isn't a bad game, just very limited by its subject matter. [May 2010, p.90]
  4. A first-person mode adds some intensity, but Vancouver 2010's not going to offer more than a few hours' fun. [July 2010, p.79
  5. Vancouver 2010 is not a horrible game by any means, it's just the sum of the parts add together to present a lessen than desirable package.
  6. Vancouver 2010 has the same problems as most other Olympic Games. There isn’t enough variation, the gameplay elements are boring and there isn’t a big overall competition.
  7. This selection of winter sports comes in an unimpressive simulation where only 4p multiplayer bring some juice. Better to sit and watch the real Olympics on your TV. [Feb 2010]
