A thousand words cant explain the fun I have had the 6 times I have beaten this game. Although the game doesn't really compete with todays standards, back when it came out, it was hard to quit. Any game that makes me want to go back in time deserves a 10.

Mindless fun but certainly tarnish on the X-Com name. Pretty random (ex. Collect letters to spell BONUS ala Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, and dive into a boxing ring with two muton while data points spring from no where like a fountain) Reminded me of Doom - kill bad guys, get through level, receive mission score, rinse and repeat. Went into it not expecting much and was not disappointed.

Different from other X-Com games, so if you dont like it, still try the other ones. Although probably not worth the price when it came out, now that you can buy it on steam for less than 5 bucks or part of the entire package for 15 (actually as I right this there is a special for only 2$) it is definatly worth it.

  1. All the complexity and depth of a frying pan.
  2. It's as mindless of a shooter as they come, and you can't help but be disappointed at the thought of this, in light of the series' roots as a mentally stimulating strategy game.

While the game does have its sophisticated side, it's pretty much nonstop action. There are a few games on my hard drive that are perfect for when I've only got fifteen minutes to kill and Enforcer is right at the top of the list.
