  1. Since I am not a wrestling fan at all I really couldn’t appreciate some of the finer points of this game including video interviews with some of the real wrestlers themselves or setting up the stats of a user-defined wrestler or the in-depth controls.
  2. My favorite part is the interviews. Around 20 legends talk about the business. [Feb 2003, p.97]

We've got old-school wrestlers with no hint of old-school style.
  4. Too slow and clunky, and the load times will put some softcore gamers to sleep. [Feb 2003, p.104]
  5. Wrestler models are detailed and life-like when standing still, but prone to slowdown and awkward-looking animation when moving.
  6. As the matches drag on, you can't help but to use repetitive moves and you don't have enough control over things to be able to regularly generate positive reactions.
  7. The game is as ugly as the Neanderthal wrestlers in it. Despite this I’ve still noticed it slows down at times.

A very nice game overall with only a few flaws that can be easily overlooked.
