  1. Its fast and realistic action should make any joystick jock forget how badly his team is doing in real life, and the endless Dynasty mode will make classes optional for months.
  2. 100
Excellent controls deliver a highly responsive feel and a huge roster of cool moves, including a new defensive ball swat.
  3. NCAA 2003 comes so close to perfection that you really have to wonder if Tiburon can top itself again next year. [Sept 2002, p.114]
  4. A college football fan's dream. There are so many different features in the game, and the dynasty mode is so deep, that it's almost overwhelming.

If you want to see a frozen screen, buy this game. If you want to actually play a game, this isn't for you.
