Excellent controls deliver a highly responsive feel and a huge roster of cool moves, including a new defensive ball swat.
  2. NCAA 2003 comes so close to perfection that you really have to wonder if Tiburon can top itself again next year. [Sept 2002, p.114]
  3. The game has improved leaps and bounds since last years version, which is surprising since it was done wonderfully last year.

Although there are still more titles to be released, I’m not quite sure that any of them will be able to compete with the high standard that EA has set with their latest offering, the bar has been raised.
  5. Best college football game on PS2 this season? Hey, is the Pope catholic?

Forget about best college games, NCAA Football 2003 is the best football game out there for serious football videogamers... Challenging and satisfying.
  7. NCAA Football, usually regarded as the redheaded stepchild of the sports world, has finally come into its own this year with refined gameplay and jaw dropping graphics to match.
