  1. Not exactly a brain buster, this game is good for hanging out with friends, eating, drinking, and yelling at the screen...just like a real game.
  2. The soft AI doesn’t make its way into the Quarterback Challenge, easily the most fun part of the game (and developed well, it could turn into a game on its own).
  3. While [it] might not be as polished or have the better AI and all the bells and whistles of Madden, it is a very solid football game and offers up plenty of new and innovative features that Madden doesn't.

The best QBC yet, and that fact still only scratches the surface of what this franchise could do. [Nov 2001, p.112]
  5. Simply put the biggest problem with this game is that even on the All-Pro level it’s just too easy.

The QB challenge & unlockable legends make this game a must.

It's one of the best games I have played.
