  • Summary: Auditorium is really all about the experience, both visually and aurally. There are no instructions to teach you how to play. The game is about exploration and discovery. Each level is a unique puzzle with several possible solutions. You play the game by manipulating "the Flow," a constant stream of moving particles of light and sound. The goal is to manipulate various controls in order to guide the Flow into Audio Containers. As you fill the containers, light transforms into sound. Given enough light, the containers will begin to sing together in a symphony, providing the ultimate Harmony of Flow. Expand

Auditorium HD is a visual and auditory puzzler that taps into the wonderment of discovery. Sure, it's not much to look at from the outside, but once I delved into it, I was captivated.

Auditorium HD is as pure a game as we've seen on the PlayStation Network: a beautiful, well measured game that's confident in its own concept enough to play off a single idea throughout every level it offers. A little bit raw around the edges, but a wonderful game.
  4. An acquired taste. [Feb 2011, p.86]
