  • Summary: CSI: Fatal Conspiracy features five new connected cases written by the same writers from the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Players will experience an authentic crime-solving video game with real CSI characters, heart-pounding interrogations and enhanced graphics. A title designed and developed in order to gather the attention of many fans of the television series. The introduction of a common story line between the five cases is a good idea, but perhaps not enough to compensate the lack of innovation that, after the years and the episodes, is a real shame.

The stories and voice acting in CSI: Fatal Conspiracy are great, but the actual gameplay falls short.
  3. 30
CSI: Fatal Conspiracy will easily land itself in the cold case files, thanks to the dated presentation, shoddy user-interfaces, and lack of any depth in gameplay.
  4. So casual it's wearing flip flops. [Jan 2011, p.118]

I'm usually a fan of Telltale Games, but this PC port is nothing but shoddy work and a poor source of entertainment to boot.

Was an interesting expirience, very basic detective style gameplay. This in it self good enough, but it's not like L.A Noire good. Nothing very original to find. Expand

A crime scene game that does fails in most corners. This is a dated PC port so expect mouse like point and click gameplay and graphics that really relate to the PC. Over 5 missions there is one overlying mission which is linked and although this is a very nice approach it just fails to keep you entertained for too long. Some rather awkward acting and the extremely directed story, something I don't like in a game where you are supposed to be the detective, really do ruin a good concept. I believe one way this title could have been improved is if the move controller was used, would have given it that little extra, at least the controls would not feel as slow and heavy. This game was made to draw another audience to the TV show and the first thing my wife wanted to do after finishing the game was to watch the series, it seems it has done it's purpose. Expand
