  1. You can't really fault it for value, because, for GBP 1.99, the few hours of brilliant entertainment you get here are well worth it. A big, warming, chain reaction of delight that you'll want to revisit again and again.
  2. Reinventing the franchise in a simplistic but addictive manner, the self-proclaimed interactive screensaver is a surprisingly addictive game that will confuse onlookers and anyone within earshot.
  3. Despite being only one level long, Cocoreccho! is packed to the brim with excellence and fun, and that one level is worth ten from any other game. [Nov 2007, p.66]
  4. As a game, we preferred the original LocoRoco, but at £1.99 what you get is amazing value. LocoRoco Cocoreccho will have a great time, with or without you.
  5. 80
It won't take long to get the most out of Cocoreccho!, but the 1.99 pound price tag is insignificant, making this LocoRoco experience worthwhile. Still, it isn't lengthy enough to be a game, and after a week it'll lie forgotten on your hard drive. [Issue#159, p.97]
  6. If you'd like a quiet and quick distraction, this is it.
  7. Sort of a seamless puzzle, a visual feast of abstract foliage, mentalist singing and funky contraptions. [Nov 2007, p.109]
  8. The pure charisma of LocoRoco Cocorrecho will win you over, though the game itself is over before you know it.
  9. 60
A cute and fun title that's unfortunately marred by quite a bit of sitting around and waiting.
  10. It's fun while it lasts, but is more of a distraction - or even an interactive screensaver - than a proper game. [Dec 2007, p.84]

  1. This is a screen saver for children, except the controls are so floaty they would have trouble. The music is its only good part, but grows tiresome quickly. Worst $7 i ever spent, ever. Full Review »

I really like this game. The low reviews this game got from some of the major reviewers make no sense. The game is short, true, but you pay what you get. The game is cheap. It cost me 3 euros. It's well worth that money. But if you take time and try to save ALL the cocorecchos the game will take some time to finish. I love to shake the controller to wake up the dudes that are hanging in branches. I didn't gave this game an 8 because one important thing is missing: a Save game option. I never give 10s, and a 9 is just for really fantastic games. Full Review »

How could they screw this up so badly? I loved the PSP game. Instead of more of the same, we get a treasure hunt for Locorocos that rarely listen to you, in rooms too large to keep track of them, and aggravating touch-screen mechanics for some of the most necessary puzzle elements. This is such a disappointment. Did the developers ever stop to wonder if any of this was actually fun? Give us an HD port with SIXAXIS controls -- what's so hard about that? Full Review »
