  1. Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm is the definitive Naruto game. The art-style is amazing, the combat is impressive and everything is put together in a nicely done fashion.
  2. CyberConnect2 has done a terrific job with the Naruto franchise. With Ultimate Ninja Storm being a PlayStation 3 exclusive, it’s evident that the developers took advantage of the hardware they were given. Fans of the series should be ecstatic, while newcomers may be surprised with how much they enjoy the game.
  3. Quite possibly one of the best Naruto games to come along on a next-generation console, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm is a solid fighting game for the PS3 that is true to the series. It’s a blast running through the Hidden Leaf Village and it’s quite satisfying to be wrapped up in major battles that fans and non-fans will enjoy.
  4. Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm is a classic case of style over substance. The game boasts incredible graphics and there is an attention to detail that would make any Naruto fan throw their shuriken’s up in joy. However, the thin combat system truly limits what this pretty package can do.

With its excellent animation and fluidity, Ninja Storm captures the spirit of Naruto even better than the animated series, perfect for an easy going game designed by fans for fans. With some type of online combat mode it would be the perfect experience for the entusiasts of Kishimoto's manga. Expand

While the core gameplay from the Ultimate Ninja series remains intact, it still seems too rudimentary and little has been done to refine it. The load times border on ridiculous, and there are a number of sound glitches. However, the game itself is one of the prettiest games you'll find out on the market today, going so far as to surpass the anime style in many aspects. Expand
