A very fun and user friendly game for kids ages 5 to 12. A bit short but there is good amount to do in that short time.

Very short and kind of boring. Game doesn't move very smoothly either. Seems kind of thrown together, like it was just a sidekick to the movie. Graphics are unimpressive. Finished it in about three hours.

The game may feel slow because the characters seem weak, but it is a fun family game with a satisfying adventure and decent graphics. It is not as long as you may want it to be though.

  1. If you enjoyed the movie, I'd say the game is worth checking out, but beware that it can really aggravate you at certain points. I'm not sure I'd suggest buying it right off the bat; I would definitely go with a rental first.
  2. Some glitches (particularly during the crocodile battle) mar an otherwise satisfying experience, but the designers made up for that with all of the easy achievements and trophies.

If you enjoyed Pixar's brilliant film, Up the game will keep the good times rolling for the younger audience for another few hours. The experience is simple enough to appeal to children and the ease of jumping in and out of cooperative play means that mom or dad can join in or leave as they please.
