  1. Every aspect of the gameplay from the beginning through the rest of the game, is very tight...A top-notch game.
  2. Atlantis performs OK in all levels, yet I never warmed-up to it the way I did to previous Disney games/movies. If you dug the movie then this game's a no-brainer.
  3. A game that does everything it needs to do with just a touch of garnish here and there.
  4. Atlantis integrates the story and the gameplay seamlessly. [Sept. 2001, p.148]
  5. It may be short on imagination and long on Disney, but it’s not a bad game for kids. Action gamers may find Atlantis a bit lost.
  6. It's far from terrible, but not far enough.
  7. A decent game, and if I were a 7-year-old high on the movie, I'd have a decent amount of fun. The graphics, sound and design might not thrill older gamers, but we've seen a lot worse.

The gameplay is fun, and you play as in the movie, Milo Thatch exploring the underground for the forgotten continent Atlantis. There are some dialogue but it is not that interesting, what is interesting though is the gameplay. For a ps1 game, hthat had this much variety in gameplay was way ahead of it's time. You can control ships that shoots, planes, and the characters from the movie when you explore the land. The exploring part is very fun, with a ton of different enemies and obstacles where you have to change characters to win.
Very fun and interesting game that is worth a shot!
