  1. A trunk-full of options will have stock car jockeys busy for weeks.
  2. Despite a small field of cars, NASCAR 2001 gives the virtual racer a sense of the thrill of NASCAR racing.

I do like this game, but it really best suited for an average gamer who likes NASCAR and wants the racing not to be TOO real.
  4. Featuring an all-new game engine to complement its fully licensed collection of Winston Cup drivers and tracks, NASCAR 2001 is a very slick and entertaining new addition to the series.
  5. Although the graphical experience emphasizes clarity over extravagance, even the game's graphical palette exudes quality.
  6. It's difficult to get excited about muddy graphics and visuals that look almost identical to those circa 1995.
  7. With so many interesting alternatives to real life available on so many systems, why stick with one of our most repetitious and grueling sports?
  8. If it wasn't for the control issues, NASCAR 2001 would've have been a nice purchase for any racing fan, but with things the way they are, Nascar fans only please.

Ha! I didn't think that anything could be more lame and more boring than Nascar. Boy was I wrong. Check out this game if you want to know what I mean. Full Review »

It's Nascar, it already sucks and is boring. Then to make a video game out of it? This is a joke right?
