    Why does this game make it so ifficult to hit shots? Some teams seem completely incapable of making shots, when others (Lakers - gee, is this game made in LA?) couldn't miss blindfolded with a triple team eating them alive. Brutal. Don't waste your money on this one.

    ShootOut 2003's outdated graphics, mediocre controls and workmanlike gameplay have some merits as companions on a road trip spinning in a PSOne w/LCD Screen. $29.99 is a bit steep a price to pay for a roster update though.

    Promising some great new features and customizable gameplay, it just doesn't do much to improve on the basics-- which is the essence of the game. In fact, the best thing about the game is not the play at all, but rather the commentary.
