If you picked up last year’s game and swore off the series for good, you may want to give this one a look. It just might restore your faith in the series on PSP.
  2. At least Tiger’s PSP offering this year resembles a full-fledged title (unlike his counterpart on the PS2, which is embarrassingly devoid of features). Even so, though, we can’t justify shelling out 40 bucks for what amounts to a fresh coat of paint, no matter how well it plays.
  3. The solid struture of past chapters with an endless list of game options.
  4. Playstation Official Magazine UK
    Retread. [Christmas 2009, p.116]
  5. Whilst it doesn’t revolutionise or significantly evolve the series in any meaningful way, a purchase will bring a considerable amount of value in both quality and quantity; change isn’t always for the better.
  6. The key criticism to level at Tiger on the PSP is that EA have tried too hard to squeeze the full home experience into a UMD, evidently a step too far for the poor little handheld.
