  1. But while Actionloop Twist has strong presentation and depth of content, it's the controls and Quest mode design that elevate it to essential status.
  2. Offers one of the finest puzzle experiences currently available on WiiWare. Having said that, the lack of online and controller issues make it difficult to recommend.
  3. 70
Though the motion controls aren't the best way of playing the Magnetica/Puzzloop design, it's still a fun game even with the control wonkyness.
  4. With better controls, it would be an incredibly solid WiiWare title, but as it stands it’s simply a good puzzle game that will keep you entertained for a little while.
  5. 70
Actionloop Twist translates the addictive nature of the Nintendo DS game perfectly onto Wii, implementing a clever motion-control mechanic that makes for some very fast and frantic gameplay.
  6. It works well enough, but doesn’t really offer an advantage over the joystick controls of the arcade game and is significantly slower in practice than the flicks of the DS stylus. [Sept 2008, p.124]
  7. A great time waster, with some terrific multiplayer options, too. [Sept 2008, p.85]
  8. All the aural pleasure of a Newton's cradle mixed with the explosive satisfaction of Mii-controlled, cannon-propelled marbles. What's not to love? [Sept 2008, p.66]
  9. Just because of its multiplayer, you'll have fun for just 1000 Wii Points. It's a shame the game doesn't include an online mode, as the DS version has it along many other options.
  10. Not a bad puzzler, with a fun multiplayer mode, but it's a little bland to look at. [Issue#25, p.78]

Not a bad game. My wife and I love playing it together. Can get really challenging when you get up in the levels. Feels like there will be lots of replay value.
My only complaint is the controls are a little touchy. Also, it hurts my wrist after a while, maybe because I am just getting old...but hey, not bad for $10.
