    This is the second year on Wii that we've played EA's NBA product, and for the second time in a row we've been welcomed by a game that's more offensive-focused than NBA Jam, and a mess of gameplay bugs, interface issues, and overall sloppy development.

    NBA Live 09 All-Play for Wii is still far off the last games that used the All-Play philosophy. It doesn't have important new features and didn't solve the problems of the previous version with some annoying controls and animations. Wii doesn´t have many choices in basketball games so NBA Live 09 will be interesting only for basketball fans.

    Across the board, NBA Live 09 All Play is a poor game that will disappoint any Wii Basketball fans. I will give them credit on using the Wii remote some-what effectively, even with the poor use of it for free throws, but it just does not offer enough value for basketball fans to want to spend money.

    NBA Live 09 really nails the All-Play subtitle and is an enjoyable outing when your taking to the court with friends. But play it on your own and both the cheap-shot exploits and ugly looks make it a title you’ll soon tire of.

    Bad graphics and the odd bug are acceptable on a game of substance. However, NBA Live 09: All-Play lacks a career mode, and is only as good as the person online that can be played against. Unfortunately, AI is so odd that it makes multiplayer somewhat futile after long periods of time.

    If you want a fun arcade basketball game, you should look at this. Fast paced gameplay, some motion controls, season, all-star weekend, 2vs2 and FIBA modes make a good package. But if you want a simulation basketball, don't try.… Full Review »

    From the way that you can fade away in a triple team from the 3 point line to the lack of career mode, nba live 09 for wii is the worst basketball game ever. I'm trying 2K this year.… Full Review »
