  • Summary: [WiiWare] Set in a world of wisecracking, battling robots, Robocalypse - Beaver Defense offers madcap weaponry and uproarious destruction in a "tower defense"-style game. Players must create and strategically position towers to annihilate waves of enemy robots, while player-controlled Hero robots act as mobile weapons units, bringing heavy firepower to all areas of the battlefield. Players can experience the hilarious Story Mode or face the Beaver's never-ending supply of robots in Survival Mode. Expand

  1. This is a fun tower defence game with enough unique features and strategic elements to keep it interesting and a sense of humour to set it apart from its competitors.
  2. An enjoyable if ugly tower defence game. Fine, but there are better alternatives. [Aug 2010, p.96]
  3. 70
This console sequel doesn't quite recapture its magic, since the shift in gameplay style away from real-time strategy to full-on tower defense introduces some new issues and takes away from the brand's comic appeal.
  4. With Robocalypse content to be barely average in every department, this is one for only the most undemanding Tower Defence addicts.
