Many times during the putt-putt golf there are many problem areas in that downgrade this attempt at adult enjoyment. 1.Many screen freezes occur on various holes. 2. Many times your ball is replaced in a different spot than you saw when it stopped in the previous putt. 3.Not nearly as good as the Wii Sports that came free with the original Wii game.

A lot of fun! But why does it force you to play with 4 players? It forces you to wait thru 3 CPU players with no fast forward. Def. a party game. But still so addictive. Volleyball , Lawn Darts, and Basketball, is soooo much fun. Could use a Practice Mode. Give this game at least a Rent!

  1. Summer Sports is boring at best and aggravating at worst. [May 2008, p.89]
  2. If you loved "Wii Sports" (and I mean REALLY loved it,) don't mind terrible motion controls, and have two or three friends willing to play a few sub-par mini-games, then Summer Sports: Paradise Island may be worth a rental. For most Wii owners, though, it stands as just another in a string of third-party disappointment.
  3. A passable Wii sporting title that brings a few backyard favorites to your living room. Unfortunately, the imprecise controls don't let the game achieve its full potential. Consequently, the title is nothing more than a bit more fodder for Sony and Microsoft fanboys to point their fingers and laugh at.
