  1. Destroy All Humans is dead and Path of the Furon put the final nail in the coffin. Rest in peace Crypto.
  2. While the game packs some potential, the constant barrage of technical glitches renders it all but unplayable and leave it feeling like an unfinished work that was rushed to the shelves a month or two too soon.
  3. Repetitive and uninspired missions abound as do glitches that can make completing missions more difficult or even impossible without reloading. The lack of a co-op mode for the campaign is also a huge letdown.
  4. Unless something drastic happens to the series, perhaps THQ is better putting this old dog down.
  5. Avoid this one unless you’re a sucker for dickhead aliens. The Path of the Furon leads straight to disappointment.
  6. For those who can look past the game’s flaws there are a few hours of mindless destruction and anal-probing to be had here, but only if you’ve exhausted every other game out there.
  7. Time to dig up those copies of "ET"; there's a new extraterrestrial king of the landfill. Absolutely horrible.

There is an incredible number of things you can do in the world with even more combinations of weapons and abilities. There is a lot of emergent gameplay to be had. In addition to all this, there is the innovative weapon scarring system and building destruction. No other game does anything like it. Remember, it's a $40 game so it's not going to compete with a GTA4 or some other game with a 100 milliion dollar budget. Also, you can blow up nearly everything and you can take to the air as well as the ground. Naturally some visuals will have to be compromised to allow for all this freedom and activity. Expand

Sure the graphics are awful and the story line isn't the best the thing that makes this game shine is the ability to free roam a city and cause havoc. The best bit is the multiple cities allowing for more fun. Add being able to use the saucer in free roam and you have a free roaming experience as good as GTA's. I would love to see a sequel made by the developers of Saints Row because this game isn't meant to be taken seriously and with the extra help the game would be perfect Expand

Honestly the reason I finished it was to see the story line and that wasn't even all that good.

The only good thing about this one was that you get new weapons and powers and that they still let you level an entire city.

I'm not sure why but metacritic says the PS3 version was canceled which is strange because that's how I played it but none the less THQ ruined Something that was perfectly fine for the ps2 & xbox But atleast the first & second are coming on the PS4.
