Dragon Ball Z for Kinect proved to be surprisingly impressive. Graphically it really pulls off the anime to video game jump, and the gameplay matches well by allowing you to play through the original storyline.

DBZ for Kinect is far more likely to appeal to a young and enthusiastic audience as opposed to an average gamer, or one who is used to the depth of a typical DBZ game.

The bottom line is that if you are a Dragon Ball Z fan, this is probably going to be a good value for you to play through all the characters, watch the movie, and try to get the additional QR codes for added fun. If you're looking for a good fighting game on Kinect, this one might leaving you feeling a little defeated.

The battles are often tiresome, not only because of the activity level associated with the controls, but because fights tend to drag on with rock-paper-scissors type counter attacks, blocks, and deflections. While you can unlock over 50 characters, all of the fighters control the same, and the first-person perspective means you can't even see them in action. Considering the lack of new content and spotty controls, Dragon Ball Z for Kinect ultimately puts the "sigh" in Super Saiyan.

  2. Step 1: Get the Dragonball z cartoon network music from amazing mp3, and play it on xbox 360. Step 2: Use the game purely as a fun way to workout, and build cardio Step 3: Enjoy the game......Stop trying to enjoy the game for what it's not, and enjoy it for what it is. Lets face it, all motion detection games are basically a beta.....its not really meant for hardcore gaming, that being said..Get a kinect for the pure purspse of losing weight....obesity is an epidemic in america...get off your butt... and get a sweat...saiyan style ....with cartoon network music in background..... 3. The game is bad, is not pessimo sickens fast gameplay, the graphics are good, just good enough this game irritated me think Kinect somewhat spoils the game, the better until the time was Harry Potter for Kinect. Expand
  4. Awful game! The only good on Dragon Ball Z for Kinect are the graphics and the story mode. But the rest is a disaster, the Kinect answer is terrible, the gameplay is really weird and all the game is very boring. Dragon Ball Z for Kinect can sounds like a good idea, but when you play the final ressult, you can have a big deception. Expand
