I'll go so far as to say that the genre of sports-themed minigame collections probably isn't capable of really being revolutionized, but Kinect Sports gets dangerously close, simply by virtue of doing the one thing other motion-controlling technologies haven't been able to yet: Tracking your feet.
This is Rare and Microsofts version of Wii Sports. It hasn´t got as precise control as Sports Champions or as great graphics, but it delivers on the fun part. Party Mode is an excellent addition to a solid line-up of disciplines.
The football is shoddy, avatars glitch out and every now and again and the responsiveness of the game is occasionally brought into question - but none of this stops the experience being enjoyable. To conclude then, the answer to a question that has been on everybody's lips: is Kinect Sports better than Wii Sports?... Without a doubt.
Kinect Sports show us the possibilites of Kinect, but also the flaws of it. You can have some fun with the game if you are a group of people playing, but the game lacks in the necessary precision to make it a good game.
