If you're a race fan, break out the adult diapers. [Sept 2007, p.76]
-
Well, it's bike racing, isn't it? But done really well so it's definitely worth a try. [Oct 2007, p.77]
-
A great motorbike racing game. It feels a bit too familiar, though. Did we not see this game last year? And the year before? [Oct 2007]
-
These small potholes aside, you won't find a better two-wheel racer on any gaming system. [Oct 2007, p.79]
-
A pretty awesome game. It definitely takes a little while to learn the game if you're a complete newbie. But once you pick it up and learn everything, it's a very engrossing experience.
-
More of a biking "Project Gotham" than "Forza 2" - which is no bad thing. Thrilling. [Nov 2007, p.82]

80This entry, the last from original developer Climax, could have been the one to finally make that breakthrough. A triumphant, genre-defining swansong. Instead it's a safe and solid continuation of what's worked in the past. Existing fans can therefore rejoice, but all those fabled mainstream gamers may still find it a snarling pitbull of a game and back slowly away. Their loss.

Harcore sums Moto GP 07 up in a nutshell. We imagine fans clearing all, if any, of their other 360 games out of the way to make space for this one, making their 360 a dedicated Moto GP console. [Issue #22, p.74]
-
77It doesn't do much to advance the series. The new additions and fixes are good to see (especially if you're a tuning fan), but a lot of them should have been in the previous games already.
-
75With new online modes and increased options for tuning and customizing your bike, MotoGP 07 certainly plays to the strengths of the series.
-
There are some new features, but they come down to things we've seen many times before (Pink Slip racing) or something that should have already been in the series (Championship mode). The title makes a few concessions for casual players, but the requirement of playing a whole season before unlocking Extreme mode just seems like a slap in the face to all of the seasoned MotoGP fans who want the tuning and buying to begin from the get-go.
-
As I sit down and play MotoGP’07, I can’t help but think to myself this is essentially MotoGP’06 but it’s fixed, meaning the screen tearing issues which were present in last year’s game, have now been solved.
-
MotoGP 07 continues to be what it should: a solid, if simple cycle racer that delivers good value for two-wheel enthusiasts.
-
A revised, marginally stronger example of the virtual motorbike racing we’ve come to expect from the franchise. But owners of MotoGP ’06 may want to skip a year. [Oct 2007, p.96]
-
70Aside from making MotoGP 07 more accessible, Climax hasn’t really made too many other major alterations. [Sept 2007, p.110]
-
70MotoGP 07 is not a vast improvement over last year's game, but it is a good solid experience nonetheless.
-
70Slowdown and ugly bit mapping occur (especially during cut-scenes) and the game doesn't really feel exceptionally different from last year's. Nevertheless, MotoGP '07 is a fun and addictive racing game.
-
70Better than its predecessor, but only just.
-
A replay of last year's glories. [Oct 2007, p.84]
-
58The biggest flaw for MotoGP 07 is that despite how well the control scheme works and how rewarding the gameplay can be the game simply doesn't bring much to the table in terms of progression of the series.
