    I was surprised how much fun Panzer General: Allied Assault was. The game features small board and well-balanced turn-based tactical fights with maintenance of few resources types. There isn't proper introduction, so if you can't figure out the basic game during trial, it's probably frustrating -- maybe not recommended for people new to the genre. On the other hand, the game mechanics are fairly simple. For this money, the campaign is fun, but AI can't keep up outside the campaign. I didn't play online so no comment about the longevity or community. There are few glitches (one with victory condition can be annoying) and UI could ever so little more polished.… Collapse
