Undead Nightmare is an immensely enjoyable and compelling alternate story set within the Red Dead universe, that succeeds in making the open-world feel fresh and different. The story is entertaining and engaging, and just as well-written and produced as the main game.
Undead Nightmare masterfully combines horror and Halloween aesthetics to create a thrilling and memorable gaming experience. It's a must-play for those seeking a unique and spooky take on an already outstanding game, making it a perfect Halloween gaming adventure.
Very few times you can say this about a downloadable content, but with ten hours of one-player campaign, a completely new story, refined graphics and sound and more multiplayer modes, Undead Nightmare is worth every cent it costs.
Undead Nightmare may sound gimmicky at first, but it quickly becomes clear that Rockstar spared no expense creating what is arguably one of the best DLCs of all time. It's not just the sheer amount of content that's included, but also the method in which said content drastically renovates the Red Dead experience in an exciting and meaningful way.
It's cowboys and zombies; what could go wrong? Answer; very little, and while Mr Bleszinski's tweet contains a kernel of truth that the undead can be a "go-to" for lazy developers, the quality of Undead Nightmare puts it out of the firing range of such criticism.
Undead Nightmare is a great piece of DLC. A solid, well produced, and very funny single player story attached to an already stellar game engine, it's hard for any Red Dead: Redemption fan to pass this by.
The expansion is not as long as the one in gta iv, but it is worth it. It is one of the best video game expansions

Several characters return and new ones as good as these.
New music, new horses, zombie animals, new online modes, new clothes, new events, trophies or achievements are added, and you must save the towns, if they attack them and you don't go, you lose them forever.
This dlc contains everything that was good about rdr 1, however the dlc was full of bugs that made it very discouraging to continue playing. due to so many problems the game should be free to install and not be sold as a game, that's why rating 7
Cowboys versus zombies in this stand alone expansion pack for the six gun version of Grand Theft Auto. Even more limited in scope and repetitive than the original Red Dead Redemption, but it is quite good fun for a while...until you realise that it's exactly the same all the way through. The Game Of The Year version of Red Dead Redemption features this game in its entirety so it's difficult to recommend buying it in its own right.
