The angles are fabulous -- never staying in one place too long while framing the action with cinematic flair. [Nov 2003, p.91]
  2. The ultimate hybrid of the old-school arcade game and next generation console. Your hands are going to hurt at the end of this game, but it’s going to be a blast.
  3. 67
A smooth, polished game, and it's a lot of fun to play, especially for hardcore Turtles fans. It's just not very complex, and it's not all that long.
  4. 55
Though the game mechanics are sound, the simply repetitious nature of the game makes it a chore to play through.

The game falls prey to the traps that eventually led to the degradation of the side-scrolling beat-'em-up: There's nothing more to do. [Dec 2003, p.144]
  6. It’s sad to think that with all its high-tech fanciness of the new console generation, TMNT can’t even muster up the personality and gameplay of the old arcade games.
  7. TMNT certainly looks good but the simplistic gameplay of TMNT will leave any mildly serious gamer with a few hours of fun at their fingertips but possibly no more than that.

If your a fan of the old style coin-op games then check this out. It is only 2 players (aren't todays systems powerful enough!?) which If your a fan of the old style coin-op games then check this out. It is only 2 players (aren't todays systems powerful enough!?) which takes you through some interesting levels in very good graphics, music, and sound. The turtles have unique fighting abilities and comments during the game. It could have been a lot longer , i mean this is cd rom. good to see the old style coin-ops are coming back. If it would have been four players then it would have been 9. Fun for everyone and its a game your girl friend will play with you, hope you don't have 3. Expand
