    I just had moved to Tampa, FL, in 1977. I found this documentary fascinating AND appropriately adrenalin raising. This look at the drug cultures' dollars rebuild of Miami was such an 'of course' but i'd not realized the massive dimensions of it all. Right under our noses. And then Hollywood moved in. Now there's some kind of a cultural statement in that. Expand
