    Crooklyn is not in any way an angry film. But thinking about the difference between its world and ours can make you angry, and I think that was one of Lee's purposes here.

    Touching at times, yes, funny, even more so, but ultimately boring, and when not boring, annoying. Actually the superb child actors and the great 70s soundtrack are the only things that make it worthwhile.
    Rather go for Do The Right Thing.
