One of the most exciting monster films I’ve watched. It’s a perfect film to watch around Halloween, and the score for the film by Atli Örvarsson is epic.
10/10 Magnificent
To be honest ı was very happy, excited and impressed at the end of movie.
ı was happy because i didn't watch such a great and excellent movie for a long **** is not only visually impressive but also paying attention to the importance of brotherhood.
i was excited because of Gemma Arterton and she is the reason for me to watch this fantastic **** act so naturally that you can't even understand what she says, you just look and look.
ı was impressed by this movie because i'm writing this review at the middle of night.
If the similarly situated "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" took itself too seriously, the problem with Hansel & Gretel is that it doesn't quite take itself seriously enough - which sounds insane, but it's not too much to ask that the movie go beyond its one and only joke. Instead, amid all the fake Sturm und Drang, all we hear is the movie giggling to itself.
This genre stew throws in so many ingredients - including sundry body parts that are cut off and go flying, and heads that explode - that the result is a tasteless mash-up that's hard to stomach.
best Movie ever made after Movies like evil dead gore an blood some funny elements in it to you have be a person that really like good old fantasy gore great from the begining too the end hej då
its getting bad score from the persons that have lost they fantasy that persons should stop Reviews Movie like this. look forward to the second Movie
Hansel & Gretel is a quite good representation of it's genre: fun horror with gothic/fairy tale schlock, which hasn't really been done well since Army of Darkness. The film lacked charisma in the main characters, Jeremy Renner for me is a very likable actor, but he and Gemma Arterton felt a bit bland. The movie felt like it was trying a little bit too hard to be cool (though admittedly it was, kinda cool) and some of the action scenes, though well-choreographed, were shot a bit nauseatingly, which took away a lot of potential enjoyment for me. These are my main gripes of the film.
There are a lot of things I loved about Hansel & Gretel: The last act is pretty awesome, with the blood-moon giving an amazing visual style and weight to the scene and a really satisfying action piece really make that scene stand out. The set design and props were pretty neat and the whole film had a great sense of ambiance and atmosphere. Also Famke Janssen was probably the best thing about the film, she gave a very great over the top performance which really fit the movie.
Overall it's a really enjoyable flick with a very strong sense of style and a lot of fun bloody action. It could have been a little better, but it's a fun romp and a great Halloween movie. I would most definitely be interested in a sequel.
" Hansel and Gretel : Witch Hunters" movie was too bad , as it occurs to them to change a child's tale , a story of almost adult?, from ophraned children to witch hunters . for witches revenge? , Hmmm ! What a stupid thing!!!.
Honestly, what did we expect? A never-before-heard director creating an original masterpiece that doesn't contain any swearing or terrible, gory-action-filled, droll action sequences? Pfft.
