If you ever attended film class in college, this is a dream come true. Scorsese and his film clips are fascinating and entertaining.

Delightful. People seem to not notice it's romantic comedy-whimsy.

Professorial yet personal treatise for serious cinephiles by the ultimate teacher on the genius and influence of Italian cinema and their great directors. Maybe better suited to be a PBS series a la Ken Burns classic series on Jazz. For most people, four hours pushes the outer comfort limits for theatrical viewing. My Voyage to Italy is well worth the time, but bringing along a thermos of espresso isn't a bad idea either.
