ChrisH.Nov 1, 20096Very weak as a film by itself, but incredible as martial arts picture. Tony Jaa continues to set the screen fighting standard.

VictorOct 25, 20094I prefer the first movie. This one I didn't like so much, is totally different of the first one. Weak.

Oct 3, 201010Ok so the the plot is far from amazing but people that is not what these movies are about. This is a martial arts movie and reviewing it as such you cant give it anything less that 10. the combat is simply jaw dropping, especially when u consider that there is no CGI and no wire work. Tony Jaa is a living legend that as it stands due to disagreements over ong bak 3 is now no longer making movies.

Jul 23, 20117The story wasn't as strong as that of the first film. The addition of the magic element really made it more a of manga-style film. That's not really a good thing following one of the best blunt edge martial arts films ever made. Even so OB2 is a good action packed flick that should satisfy most martial arts film fans.

60Jaa's period 'beatquel' is thick on action but thin on plot. Awesome final fight, though.

You are not likely to see a better display of martial arts combat on screen for some time, even if you have to put up with some excruciating contrivances to get to it.

80The astonishingly gonzoid fight scenes from Ong Bak 2 might be the best ever filmed.
