Felicity Jones was born in Birmingham and stared her acting career at a early age taking on the significant and enduring part of Emma Grundy in Radio 4's The Archers at the age of 15. However her most known role to date is that of Ethel Hallow in the first series of Worst Witch and the fourth series titled Weirdsister College, the further adventures of the worst witch.
After a gap year spent on the BBC serial Servants and a series of roles during her time at Wadham College, Oxford, Felicity has gone on to appear in productions of Northanger Abbey, Brideshead Revisited, Cape Wrath and The Diary of Anne Frank as well as a stint on the stage. Her latest role is in an episode of the fourth series of the popular BBC science fiction programme, Doctor Who.
