Biography:
Born March 22nd 1956, Lena is the daughter of Swedish actor Stig Olin and actress Britta Holmberg. She grew up in Sweden.
She is a member of Stockholm's Royal Dramatic Theater, and was well known in Sweden before her international success.
Like her father, she appears in several of Ingmar Bergmans projects.
In 1976 she appeared in the Ingmar Bergman movie Face to Face in a small role as a shop assistant. In 1980 Lena got the role of Lena in the Bergman movie Kãrleken. Her first english speaking role was in the movie The Unbearable Lightness of Being (1988).
Lena has also had TV roles in shows such as Alias. Her most recent work also involves her husband, the director Lasse Hallström. They worked together on the film Casanova, scheduled for American release in December 2005.
