Biography: Producer, director, writer, actor, stand-up comedian and animator, Steve Oedekerk has written and directed films that have grossed over $1.5 billion in worldwide box office receipts. His company, O Entertainment, produced the first IMAX 3D animated film, Santa vs. the Snowman, which was released in November 2002. He received an Academy Award nomination in the Best Animated Feature category for Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius in 2002. In 2008, he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Back at the Barnyard in the Outstanding Special Class Animated Program category. He lives with his wife, two children, and a pet badger in Southern California.
