The open world of Crysis is no more and players are confined to long levels, but Crysis 2 offers more speed and more action and still more freedom than the whole Call of Duty series combined. The nanosuit much more important now and a lot easier to use.- Posted Apr 4, 2011

Once again Codemasters delivers a great racing game, a worthy sequel and a sensible expansion of the game. Just the rain and snow races alone are reason enough to buy the game.- Posted May 25, 2011

The small changed could have been sold as a DLC or add-on for F1 2010, but on its own F1 2011 is a first class racing game, challenging in higher levels and very entertaining.- Posted Sep 19, 2011

Konami has improved the AI a lot and everything just feels smoother and more direct. It's not a revolution, but a more polished and improved version of the game.- Posted Sep 30, 2011

Compared to the already great predecessor Chaos on Deponia is even more complex, exciting, diverse and even funnier. It's perfect for Monkey Island fans, duckbills haters and Monty Phython disciples who like those subtle tones in dialogues and stories that will make adult gamers roar with laughter.- Posted Nov 7, 2012

My conclusion after eleven hours: Bioshock Infinite is one of the best games I've ever been able to experience. My conclusion after twelve hours: What the hell? Whoever calls the finale "unusual" could denote the Atlantic Ocean as a "wet". Infinite makes me simultaneously gobsmacked, amazed and very pleased - and even after two weeks, I cannot tell you exactly which emotion prevails.Posted Mar 25, 2013 -

It combines a terrific single-player campaign with brilliant multi-player battles. The result: the best tatical strategy game of the year with well designed missions and great handling. -

Wrath of the Lich King doesn’t offer much for new players, it’s made for experienced players. It increases the scale of the game, adds a few new bits and improves the game while still using the same well known and polished game mechanics. This may sound boring, but it’s absolutely not. -

This game is a very intense experience, no doubt at all. It mixes fast action with slow passages and perfectly done scripts. But it could have been much better had someone with talent written the story. It’s full of logical errors and gaps the size of the Grand Canyon… and the massacre on the airport only serves to show the missing tactfulness of the developer. But it’s a brilliant game, nonetheless. -

Rockstar has managed to make Max as a character so compelling that the guy alone bears the full story.- Posted Jun 5, 2012

Darksiders 2 is larger, more varied and more motivating than the first game, and all game elements - be it story, battle, puzzle or skill pad - engage almost perfectly. I would have preferred a slightly more modern technology backbone and more fine-tuned mouse and keyboard controls. But these are small things that I forgive in such a captivating game as this.- Posted Aug 14, 2012

Telling the story of Psycho, who appeared in Crysis, too, the game feels a bit like playing deleted scenes from the first game. But lots of things are improved, there are more scripts, even better graphics and the cut-scenes are better, too. If you like fast action and couldn't care less about the story then Crysis Warhead is for you. If you haven't played Crysis and don't know what's going on, you may feel a bit lost, though. -

This is the first great game of 2010. It’s a worthy successor to the first game and a fast paced science fiction drama. Maybe no one except Bioware really knows how to tell stories and create believeable characters. It’s more than just a role playing game and also technically advanced. -

That’s how a sequel should be done. There’s a better story and a much more charming hero. Even the few flaws of the game can’t hurt the great overall impression. -

On the one hand, this could have been a less expensive DLC for Left 4 Dead, just like it was done for Team Fortress 2. On the other hand, we don’t really care, once we’ve chocked someone to death as a Smoker or hit someone with our fist as a Charger. That’s only possible in Left 4 Dead 2. -

This is a complete make-over of the series. It’s faster, more diverse, more flexible and because of these changes it’s extremely thrilling, too. There are a lot of ways to win, so trying out new strategies is very entertaining. -

This is the best WoW so far and that's true in every aspect of the game. It's a bit too easy, but it has the most original quests of every other MMORPG.- Posted Dec 20, 2010

Lucasarts has found a worthy heir: Daedalic from Germany. The game may deal with rubbish, dirt and crap, but there is only one word to describe Deponia: terrific!- Posted Feb 2, 2012

Bioshock looks fantastic, sounds fantastic, has more vending machines than all other action games put together and dares not to tell the whole story to inspire your own fantasy. -

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway offers the best gameplay and narrative of all three parts of the series. It's a thrilling shooter, tells a haunting story that shouldn't leave anyone untouched and the cut scenes are fantastic. The AI has a few bugs, but most of the time the other soldiers act convincingly intelligent. The best "Brothers in Arms" so far. -

It's a playable zombie movie. Would you like to hunt down the infected or rather rip human flesh to shreds? What may look like a simple shooter turns out to be very challenging, scary and a lot of fun. The game may be short, but with great replay value and different ways to play like versus mode or co-op mode. -
